The following project, exhibited at Myanmar Deitta Gallery, is a visual introspection of a young woman and her surroundings, in relation with her sexual and relationship habits. From the beginning of the photo story, we will see visual imagery of her pure and demure demeanour. And then we slowly sway towards her promiscuous attitude towards sex and dating. I want to focus on the comparison between the colour scheme, symbolism, metaphors and visual theme that shows a sequence of the young woman’s journey into becoming a ‘grown’ woman, whilst keeping in mind of the keywords: sex, love and relationships.
